Feedback on Introduction to Javascript

Which textbook did you use? What is your opinion of it? I used the Negrino & Smith text, which was good on examples but otherwise a bit lightweight.
I would have preferred more background on the object hierachy, methods and properties.
I think if I was doing it again I would go for the Flanigan book.
Which lesson or lessons did you find most difficult? The Final lesson, as I wanted to try and cover everything, but make it look natural
But Lesson 3 extra credit, with the cookies not working in IE was frustrating.
Which lesson or lessons did you find easiest? Lesson 1
Which lesson or lessons did you find most useful? Why? Lessons 3,4 and 5
Which lesson or lessons did you find least useful? Why? Lesson 1 as this was just the introduction
How did this class match up with your expectations? (Did you learn what you were hoping? Something you weren't expecting?) About right, although I would have like to have covered cookies and URL alteration a bit more
What was your favorite thing about the class? Lesson 5 and playing about with images
Your least favorite? Lesson 1, as there was very little to think about
Other comments? A bit more immediate feedback might have helped
